At only 4 foot 10 inches tall, Rebekah’s pint-sized stature should not fool you. She has a great determination to get the results her clients hope for.  Rebekah is committed to her clients and maintains an easy-going, down to earth and friendly personality.  All of Rebekah’s clients seem to just ‘gel’ with her and she is always receiving great feedback from her clients at what is often the most difficult time of their life.  She is known for her straightforward and honest approach to often sensitive and upsetting matters.

Rebekah’s extensive estate law experience and passion in this area of law has provided her with the requisite skills to head our Wills and Estates team.  Rebekah is a Registered Trust and Estate Practitioner and she has dedicated her career to the practice of succession law.  Rebekah represents a wide range of applicants and respondents in complex estate disputes including disputes about the validity of wills, family provision claims, applications for the removal of Executors, Power of Attorney disputes and superannuation death benefit disputes.  Rebekah also advises and assists clients in the estate planning and estate administration processes including the preparation of Wills, Powers of Attorney and Testamentary Trusts.
